| 交钥匙工程(协助建厂)： |
高一负责厂房布局设计、施工、工厂注册，办理“三证”，设备安装调试及人员培训等。 |
一、First, cooperation

| All materials are entrusted to our processing of customer： |

| Merchant provides the sample and entrusts us to produce： |
Gaoyi researches and designs formula based on the sample, then produces sample, the merchant confirms that all materials entrusted to our side after processing, or processing. The principle of cooperation: Frank consultation and common development. |
| Turnkey project (to help set up factories)： |
Gaoyi is responsible for plant layout design, construction, and factory registration, applies for the three licenses (Production license, Hygienic permit, and Business license), equipment installation and personnel training.
